Job Summary

  • As the plants' Maintenance Manager you shall be accountable for operational support, planned and unplanned maintenance activities, and associated administration tasks, as well as lead a team of Engineers and Technicians, manage sub-contractors and work closely with the Customer.
  • Develop and maintain a high safety and quality conscious working environment and ensure compliance with all company and legislative Health, Safety and Environmental requirements.
  • Recruit, train, develop and guide the Maintenance team (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, I&C).

Key Requirements

  • BSc/MSc degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in commissioning/maintenance
  • Previous experience with CMMS
  • Previous experience with project management
  • Previous experience leading a team
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role
  • Willing to work in confined spaces
  • Availability to be on call during nights and weekends
