Key Requirements
New Grad RN
Successful completion of a recognized and accredited Nursing/RN education program
Current RN License in state of practice
New Grad RN and RN Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
BSN within five years of start date (if <12 months RN experience)
