Job Summary
The PACE Driver is responsible for providing safe transportation to participants in a timely, competent manner and communicating information, relevant to the plan of care, with the interdisciplinary team (IDT).
Safely carries out approved transfers of participants to and from vehicles, at appointments, in participant homes, and in the community setting.
Inspects vehicles and maintains them in a clean and safe working condition and maintain daily inspection log.
