Must-have
Expert level proficiency in Python
Experience in LangGraph, LangChain, and LangSmith
Experience building applications with Large Language Models
Experience with agentic design patterns
Experience deploying applications on major cloud platforms

Key Requirements
8+ years of experience in software engineering
Proficiency in at least one other statically-typed language

Experience deploying and scaling ML models in production
