Key Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months relevant experience or bachelor's degree
  • 2-4 years technician experience preferred
  • Experience supporting 300+ users
  • Knowledge of Office 365 suite
  • Experience with installation and configuration of PC, Mac, mobile, and voice/video hardware/software
  • Ability to manage incidents and use ITSM tools
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
