Job Summary

  • Responsible for handling the customer experience center end to end activities, reviewing every single ticket received and triaging activities as per the Responsible Matrix.
  • Ensure all service requests within the scope of the customer experience center are reviewed, including Workday tasks and managing employee queries outside Global Process delivery of Onboarding, Movers, and Offboarding.
