Responsible for handling the customer experience center end to end activities, reviewing every single ticket received and triaging activities as per the Responsible Matrix.
Ensure all service requests within the scope of the customer experience center are reviewed, including Workday tasks and managing employee queries outside Global Process delivery of Onboarding, Movers, and Offboarding.
