Concord Post Acute is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) to assist the Director of Nursing with the management of nursing staff and operations in a remote setting. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, a minimum of 3-5 years of nurse management experience, and be proficient in Microsoft Suite

Job Summary

  • Assists the Director of Nursing in directing activities of licensed and non-licensed personnel whom provide health care and nursing services to residents on a 24-hour, 7day per week basis.
  • Oversees clinical operations, including making daily rounds and monitoring resident conditions, and is responsible for ensuring resident safety and that residents are treated with the utmost respect.
  • Liaison between the residents, family members and the physicians, and attends staff meetings and conducts staff meeting if the DON is unavailable.
