Job Summary
Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop a team of analysts to profile data for a given content pillar and market, undertaking performance reviews to ensure team members work towards clearly defined goals.
Plan manpower capacity and scheduling to ensure SLA and goals are met/exceeded, manage workflow queues for timely delivery of data profiles, and enforce quality assurance and controls to ensure accuracy levels meet/exceed targets.
Collaborate with Data colleagues across locations to develop and maintain methodology and procedures manuals for data collection, and enforce compliance of staff with established data collection and quality procedures.

Key Requirements
5-8 years relevant working experience
At least 3 years leading a small team
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Geology, or similar
Knowledge of corporate governance and/or ESG is an advantage
