The Dietary Director ensures that meals are safe, nutritious, and tailored to meet each resident’s individual needs in accordance with physician orders, approved menus, and regulatory standards.
This role involves managing dietary staff, maintaining budget compliance, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring ongoing compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
The work environment is generally low to moderate noise level with reasonable accommodations available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
