Job Summary
The Laboratory Supervisor supports the Laboratory Manager in leading daily lab operations to ensure high-quality samples and application evaluations are delivered on time and in full, while promoting safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement within the lab.
This position is based on-site in Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico, working Monday to Friday, with schedule flexibility to cover the core schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Support the onboarding and training of new lab technicians and trainees and collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Perfumers, Scent Design Managers, Sales Support, and Applications teams.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields
