Job Summary

  • Ensure all leads generated via WhatsApp are attended quickly, efficiently, and with excellence by the dealership network and Customer Care, maximizing Contact Rate, service quality, NPS, and sales conversion.
  • Manage the entire lead journey (WhatsApp → CRM → sale), ensuring SLAs, service quality, and conversion, while also administering the WhatsApp platform and integrating with Salesforce and CRM.
  • Develop and analyze dashboards and reports integrating WhatsApp, CRM, sales, and NPS, identifying opportunities for funnel improvement and presenting results and insights to leadership with a focus on sales impact and network performance.
