Job Summary
The Business Continuity Specialist ensures the Enterprise can sustain critical operations during and after disruptions.
The role is responsible for working with a diverse team throughout the Enterprise to conduct risk assessments and Business Impact Analyses (BIAs), develop and maintain Business Continuity Plans, coordinate training and exercises, support governance activities, and lead recovery efforts.
The Business Continuity Specialist provides Enterprise-level continuity leadership, influences Asset and Functional leaders, and drives standardization and continuous improvement across the global Business Continuity program.
