Job Summary

  • Senior deal lead responsible for end-to-end execution of complex M&A and capital markets transactions and active contribution to origination and client development across Asia Pacific.
  • Acts as a trusted advisor to clients, managing transaction processes, coordinating cross-border teams, and supporting the development of new business opportunities across priority sectors.
  • Lead execution of M&A, ECM, and strategic advisory transactions across Asia Pacific or across Latam, Europe and US.
