Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences or Medical Technology
Minimum 2 years experience in immunohematology or hematology
Proficiency in cellular processing techniques and aseptic methods
Experience with automated and manual cell separation equipment
Ability to perform calculations and report results to clinicians
Nice-to-have
Prior experience in cell processing and cryopreservation
Demonstrated knowledge of cGMP procedures for cellular therapies
MLS (ASCP) certification preferred
Strong analytical ability and judgment under pressure
Experience assisting in patient bedside infusions
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree Clinical Laboratory Sciences or Medical Technology required
Completion of AABB Cellular Therapies Certificate Program within first year
Minimum 2 years relevant specialty experience in immunohematology or hematology
