Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences or Medical Technology
  • Minimum 2 years experience in immunohematology or hematology
  • Proficiency in cellular processing techniques and aseptic methods
  • Experience with automated and manual cell separation equipment
  • Ability to perform calculations and report results to clinicians

Nice-to-have

  • Prior experience in cell processing and cryopreservation
  • Demonstrated knowledge of cGMP procedures for cellular therapies
  • MLS (ASCP) certification preferred
  • Strong analytical ability and judgment under pressure
  • Experience assisting in patient bedside infusions

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Clinical Laboratory Sciences or Medical Technology required
  • Completion of AABB Cellular Therapies Certificate Program within first year
  • Minimum 2 years relevant specialty experience in immunohematology or hematology
  • No experience accepted in lieu of degree requirement
