The Customer Technology Support Representative will provide technical support to Gordon Food Service internal and external customers on sales and customer facing applications.
Provide technical and how to support via telephone, email, instant message, etc., and resolve issues concerning training, program malfunction or technology application.
This role involves providing 2nd and 3rd level support, entering call information, mentoring staff, and supporting external applications and business/customer applications.
