Must-have
Manage Retail and Commercial program
Coordinate thought and leadership skills
Establish project budget and forecast expenditure
Develop detailed project programme and milestones
Maintain accurate risk register
Prepare PCG reports and attend meetings
Lead contract negotiations and award
Administer contracts with clients and vendors
Implement and maintain HSE systems

Key Requirements
Ten (10) years' experience in Project or Construction Management
Seven (7) years related to Design, Construction, or Project Management
Degree in Project or Construction Management related discipline
