Job Summary
The role ensures a warehouse culture focused on people, safety, service, and cost through meaningful engagements with associates.
Employees will oversee the safe, accurate, and timely receiving of inbound product and loading of outbound product while maintaining FIFO processes.
This position offers an annual incentive plan bonus up to 10% of base salary along with comprehensive benefits including health insurance and retirement plans.

Must-have
Minimum three years warehouse distribution experience
One year workforce oversight experience
Safety-first culture leadership and OSHA compliance
FIFO inventory control and food safety procedures
Union and non-union team supervision skills
Nice-to-have
HACCP certification preferred
PCQI certification a plus
Strong people development and coaching abilities
Experience with Microsoft Excel planning tools
Ability to work in cooler and freezer environments
