Job Summary

  • The Solutions Engineer 2 is responsible for providing comprehensive solution engineering support to field resources, including Account Executives, Strategic Account Managers, and Global Solutions Sales Executives.
  • This role requires a strong understanding of VoIP and data networking protocols (SIP, RTP, HTTP/S, SNMP, BGP, OSPF, QoS) as well as SDWAN and SASE design principles.
