Salesforce is seeking a Pre-sales Data and AI Architect to drive customer success through innovative data and AI architectures. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in technical architecture, particularly with Salesforce D360, and will be responsible for designing scalable solutions that integrate with enterprise systems
Job Summary
This role serves as a senior technical architect responsible for designing scalable, secure, and performant solutions centered on Salesforce D360 and the Agentforce platform.
You will partner with Account Executives to shape technical close strategies while executing hands-on validation through POCs and reference implementations to de-risk complex deals.
The position requires deep collaboration with Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmaps and define repeatable industry-specific reference architectures that scale across accounts.
