Job Summary
The Standardized Patient recreates the history, physical findings and emotional responses of an actual patient in simulated “clinical” encounters.
Additionally, a Standardized Patient evaluates and teaches communication techniques that help a healthcare professional elicit information necessary for diagnosis and treatment, while establishing rapport with the patient.
