Must-have
5-7 years experience in release management
Strong understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies
Experience leading production release of commercial products
Coordination with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
Risk mitigation and defect tracking capabilities
Nice-to-have
Experience launching into regulated markets
Knowledge of DevOps automation tools
ScrumMaster or ITIL certification preferred
PMP certification is a plus
Influence on best practices in release orchestration
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
5-7+ years of experience in release management
Demonstrated ability to lead Production release of commercial products
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
