Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for managing the Department Chair’s and Center Director’s calendar and travel, as well as assisting with reports, performance reviews, departmental/center budgets, and correspondence.
  • Additionally, this position supervises the other office staff to ensure that the SEVI faculty, Ph.D. students, and students majoring in a SEVI degree receive the administrative assistance they need.

Salary

Base: $39,930-$43,923; Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: University contributions to health, dental, life and disability insurance, tuition waivers for employees and their families, 12 official holidays, immediate leave accrual, and a choice of retirement programs with university contributions ranging from 5 to 10% of employee salary.
