• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance or related discipline
• Qualified to practice before the IRS (JD, CPA, or EA)
• Minimum 8 years public accounting taxation experience
• Minimum 4 years managerial experience
• Master’s Degree in Accounting or Taxation preferred
