Job Summary
Ensure the correct technical evaluation, positioning, and adoption of the company's products through field demonstrations, strategic PADEM development, and continuous training of internal and external clients.
Assess new prototypes and products technically and agronomically under special conditions, analyzing performance, commercial viability, operational risks, and improvement opportunities before market release.
Lead relationships with current and new producers, identify high-value opportunities, correct deviations, promote best practices, strengthen the portfolio, and generate information for future product development.
