Job Summary
Responsible for rapid problem solving, warranty part analysis and mitigation and data analysis specific to diesel engines and parts.
Lead improvement of GM warranty evaluation ratings and reduce warranty cost expenditures and customer impact related to a medium duty diesel engine program.
Develop test methodologies and apparatus to conduct physical testing of warranty return parts and develop expertise in hands on repair methodology for various engine component failures.
