Job Summary
The Scheduling Senior Coordinator provides non-medical support to patients, clinical care team members, and the organization, demonstrating advanced expertise in product, process, or a service line area.
This multi-dimensional position requires knowledge and understanding of multiple software systems to coordinate patient care across multiple disciplines and provides consumers with accurate, up-to-date information regarding products, services, and procedures.
The role includes advanced proficiency in multiple EMR platforms and communication tools, and may support PAC Lead and Access Management by assisting with training and support for new staff and student interns.

Key Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 2.0 years of experience in patient access
Associate’s Degree preferred
2.0-4.0 years of healthcare experience preferred
Experience with Cadence, Optime Aria, Ambra preferred
