Job Summary

  • Manage duties involved in analyzing, planning, coordinating and scheduling operations within the machining plant using Lean Manufacturing principles to ensure on-time deliveries.
  • This role will also involve transactional functions to maintain inventory integrity, productivity performance, and component availability.
  • In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and Brunswick's comprehensive benefits offerings.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
  • Strong Cross Functional/Team Leadership and Communication Skills
