The Tooling Design Office is responsible for providing new tools, replacing aging tools, and, in close collaboration with the tooling maintenance team, maintaining the current fleet.
The main missions include managing the direct team using Airbus Leadership Model principles, managing the service budget, and ensuring tooling budgets for projects are respected.
Deliverables include evaluation and monitoring of tooling requests, specifications, supplier selection, usage guides, maintenance plans, and reception files.
