Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Manufacturing or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 7-10 years of manufacturing operations experience
  • 5+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Demonstrated experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of safety, environmental and quality standards (OSHA, ISO, QS9000, AS9100, etc.)
