Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Manufacturing or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 7-10 years of manufacturing operations experience
5+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
Demonstrated experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Knowledge of safety, environmental and quality standards (OSHA, ISO, QS9000, AS9100, etc.)
