Job Summary

  • The Associate Director, Value Stream Leader is responsible for managing other managers, supervisors, and/or individual contributors in a matrix environment, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management and meaningful career development conversations.
  • Collaborates with multiple departments to coordinate the compliance of Supply Chain Manufacturing project plans, procedures, and rules of engagement with the Company’s safety, quality, and federal and state regulatory standards.
  • In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.

Key Requirements

  • BS in engineering or business, MBA or MS preferred
  • Minimum 8 years related work experience
  • at least 3 years of leadership experience
  • Medical device experience preferred
  • Experience managing compliance
  • Knowledge of manufacturing operational systems
