Job Summary
As the Head of Integrated Assurance, you will lead our enterprise assurance agenda, uplift assurance quality, and ensure integrated assurance activities keep pace with the organisation’s evolving risk profile.
You’ll oversee the HBF Integrated Assurance program, ensuring every engagement is delivered on time, on budget and to the quality standards expected of a modern assurance function.
You’ll build strong relationships across executive leadership, working with Line 2, compliance teams, risk leaders and business units to ensure audit priorities are aligned to organisational risk.
