  • Design, implement, and maintain enterprise Windows Server platforms and lead VMware ESXi/vCenter (or Hyper-V) and Nutanix virtualization environments.
  • Drive automation for patching, provisioning, monitoring, and compliance checks using PowerShell, Ansible, SCCM/WSUS, and PowerCLI.
  • Lead root cause analysis for major incidents across Windows and virtual environments, and mentor L1/L2 team members.
