Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 7+ years Business Analyst experience in Claims
  • Deep understanding of Claims workflows FNOL coverage
  • Proven experience delivering AI or GenAI solutions
  • Strong Agile delivery backlog management UAT skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional global teams

Nice-to-have

  • Exposure to LLM-based solutions and prompt workflows
  • Familiarity with OneClaim or core claims platforms
  • Background in process re-engineering and operating model design
  • Knowledge of model governance explainability and regulatory controls
  • Working knowledge of data concepts metadata lineage quality

Key Requirements

  • 7+ years as a Business Analyst in Claims Insurance or Financial Services
  • Proven track record delivering AI/GenAI automation or advanced analytics in production
  • Strong Agile delivery experience including backlog management user stories and UAT
