  • The Director of Transfer and Adult Services serves as the University’s chief administrator responsible for transfer student success and adult learner engagement, providing strategic leadership for development, implementation, and continuous improvement of transfer pathways, articulation agreements, onboarding processes, and support services.
  • The Director will work collaboratively with academic leadership, advising units, the Registrar, and community college partners to ensure that UAPB is a destination institution for transfer and adult students and that credit mobility is transparent, efficient, and student-centered.
