Job Summary
Analyze customer returns to determine the root cause of failure for each individual unit.
Perform required product testing in accordance with company systems (Visual Inspection, X-RAY, functional testing, etc.) and complete the failure analysis reports.
Maintain a log for every unit entering the warranty process, manage them in inventory, and document the total number of affected units.
