  • You will lead the expert center responsible for the digitalization and service management of our vehicles, including ticketing systems, communication solutions, and on-board computers.
  • You will build expertise in ITIL service management, automation, scripting, and ICT integrations, ensuring efficient detection of faults and rollout of solutions.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical/ICT context
  • Master's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in electronics systems and ICT environments
  • Experience with ITIL and ITSM tools is a plus
  • Knowledge of public procurement law, well-being at work, AREI, and environmental legislation
  • Experience in an operational context with vehicles or geographically dispersed assets is a significant advantage
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
