Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants to maintain the highest degree of quality care at all times.
This role involves administrative duties, medication administration, personnel management, nursing care functions, staff development, safety and sanitation oversight, and equipment and supply management.
The nurse participates in quality assurance programs, facility surveys, and continuing education to ensure compliance with regulations and the delivery of excellent resident care.
