The Real-Time Analyst is responsible for real time monitoring, tracking, documenting, communicating and reporting on multiple channels/lines of business, ensuring correct agent assignments to meet service levels.
Our Connected Work Culture fosters dynamic in-person collaboration with an in-office expectation of at least 50% monthly, typically three days a week.

Real-time queue monitoring
Agent schedule adherence
Service level and staffing metrics
Intraday resource management
MS Excel proficiency
Nice-to-have
SQL, Power BI or Tableau skills
Experience with InContact, Desk, or Olark
Critical thinking and problem-solving
Clear and concise communication
Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
Key Requirements
Bachelor's/College Degree in related field
At least 2 years experience in similar role
Ability to work with Erlang-C statistical models
Experience in multi-channel contact center environment
