  • The Real-Time Analyst is responsible for real time monitoring, tracking, documenting, communicating and reporting on multiple channels/lines of business, ensuring correct agent assignments to meet service levels.
  • Our Connected Work Culture fosters dynamic in-person collaboration with an in-office expectation of at least 50% monthly, typically three days a week.
