Job Summary
Contribute to the operationalization of the project strategy by helping leaders identify, prioritize, and develop organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes.
Lead the action plan for project resource recruitment in partnership with Talent Acquisition and project leadership.
Work on employee engagement initiatives to strengthen culture and improve retention of key talent across partner and subcontractor resources.
