• Responsible for managing and coordinating the operations of the surgical pathology department by overseeing various administrative tasks related to pathology services, laboratory operations, and team coordination.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance measures to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and accreditation standards, such as CAP (College of American Pathologists) or CLIA (Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments).
