Job Summary

• The Embedded Staff Psychologist/Social Worker/Counselor is a full-time, 12 month clinical position embedded by the Counseling Center in the University of Maryland’s Resident Life Office.
• The clinician is responsible for developing / gaining expertise about the mental health and well-being related needs of residential students; providing brief assessment, time-limited interventions, and referral services to students; consulting with Resident Life staff; and providing broad outreach and prevention services to the residential student community.
• Offers of employment are contingent on completion of a background check.

• Doctoral degree or Master's degree
