Job Summary

  • This role supports the POS Quality Team by ensuring file submission accuracy and tracking data compliance with customers.
  • You will lead proactive data analysis and contact channel partners to prevent non-compliant point of sale data submissions.
  • The position requires working on-site at the GSC Costa Rica office at least four days a week.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree or 3+ years equivalent experience
  • 2+ years SAP/Vistex, Excel, Pivot Tables proficiency
  • 1+ year managing distributor relationships
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication

Nice-to-have

  • Customer Operations role experience
  • Point of Sale and Chargeback processing knowledge
  • LEAN processes Green Belt training
  • Proven improvement project leadership
  • Ability to influence others proactively

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Sales or related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of equivalent experience if no degree
  • Minimum 2+ years experience with SAP/Vistex and MS Excel
  • Minimum 1 year experience managing direct relationship with distributors
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high volume work monthly
