Job Summary

  • Lead and manage all aspects of contract administration for EPC projects, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, minimizing risks, and maximizing commercial outcomes.
  • Identify potential risks and claims early; prepare and defend claims/disputes and support negotiation and settlement.
  • Provide contractual and commercial advice to project teams, support tendering and bid processes, and monitor project costs, cash flow and revenue recognition.
