Job Summary
Lead and manage all aspects of contract administration for EPC projects, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, minimizing risks, and maximizing commercial outcomes.
Identify potential risks and claims early; prepare and defend claims/disputes and support negotiation and settlement.
Provide contractual and commercial advice to project teams, support tendering and bid processes, and monitor project costs, cash flow and revenue recognition.

Key Requirements
B Tech – Civil (PG in Law or NICMAR preferred)
10–18 years of experience in contract administration within EPC projects
Exposure on govt projects
Experience in handling large-scale EPC projects preferably Infrastructure
