Job Summary
Assist the Director of Nursing Services in directing the day to day functions of nursing activities in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines governing the long term care facility.
Ensure compliance with nursing service procedures, supervise nursing personnel, and participate in developing and maintaining resident care plans to provide quality care.
Participate in safety, sanitation, staff development, and budget planning functions to maintain a safe, efficient, and well-staffed nursing service department.

Key Requirements
