Job Summary
This role leads the development of market and competitive intelligence, informs product segmentation and positioning, and drives pricing strategy and performance analysis to support both near‑term execution and long‑range business planning.
The role collaborates closely with Sales, Marketing, Land Development, and Finance to ensure Brookfield Residential’s offerings remain differentiated, aligned with consumer demand, and optimized for margin in an increasingly dynamic and data‑intensive housing market.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
3+ years of experience in market research, business analytics, pricing, or strategy
Direct experience in residential land development, homebuilding, or real estate strongly preferred
High proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
