Evinova is seeking an Associate Director of Customer Training to develop and deliver training programs for their SaaS-based clinical trial technology. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in training within the life sciences industry, specifically with clinical trial technology, and will play a key role in enhancing user adoption and improving patient outcomes

Job Summary

  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of training programs that enable internal teams, customers, study teams, and clinical trial sites to effectively use Evinova’s SaaS-based clinical trial technology.
  • Partner with study teams to identify training needs and ensure learning solutions align with study objectives and timelines.
  • Measure the effectiveness of training programs using feedback, analytics, and performance data, and continuously improve learning experiences.
