Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 5+ years training leadership roles
  • Deep understanding of critical infrastructure systems
  • Strong presentation and instructional design capabilities
  • Experience with training management systems

  • Advanced degree in Engineering or Business Administration
  • Experience with hyperscale or colocation environments
  • Background in corporate training program development
  • Familiarity with TIA-942 and Uptime Institute standards
  • Knowledge of energy efficiency frameworks

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Facilities Management
  • Professional certifications such as DCCP or CDCMP
