Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Diploma or bachelor's degree in science
Strong laboratory and supervisory experience
Understanding of GMP requirements
Ability to follow SOPs and methods closely
Proficiency with LIMS systems
Nice-to-have
Previous knowledge of compendial methods BP and USP
Experience with ICP-OES and ICP-MS techniques
Demonstrated technical leadership capabilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Capacity to operate independently without supervision
Key Requirements
Science degree (preferably Chemistry)
Relevant laboratory experience
GMP knowledge
Work eligibility in Australia
