Base: $123,100 - $186,300 annually; Location adjustment: $147,400 - $202,600 for DC metro; Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid parental leave
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3+ years Customer Success or SaaS experience
Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platform expertise
Experience with NatSec or government agencies
Strong consulting and C-level communication skills
Ability to drive adoption of AI agents
Nice-to-have
Salesforce certifications (Consultant, Admin)
Experience with Einstein for Sales and Service
Knowledge of DoD or Intelligence Community procurement
Prompt engineering and AI literacy

Key Requirements

Eligible to work in Washington D.C. metro area
