  • The James Facilities Operations Management and Services Department leadership staff is responsible for overseeing and coordinating activities that support the delivery of high quality patient services and effective hospital operations for all James owned and/or managed facilities.
  • The Director James Operations - Facilities & Planning functions as an integral part of The James Facilities Operations Management and Services Department team by managing projects related to the James clinical space optimization.
  • The Director James Operations – Facilities & Planning facilitates organizational strategic planning initiatives, and is responsible for directing project management, resource planning and development, space requests and assignments, initiating process improvement activities, and leading multidisciplinary committee meetings that impact the high-quality health services delivery across the continuum of care for cancer patients.
